August GDT at Scrap That!

Just wanted to share some exciting news with you all. I participated in the Scrap That! blog hop on the weekend (by the way if you have never done this it is so much fun and you get to see so much scrappy goodness) and was chosen to be their guest designer for August. I am so excited to be a part of this team for August!! Scrap That is a Canadian based website/scrapbooking online store. Come on over and check them out!

Some florida pictures and a Toot!

Well I found out last night that I am going to be published in the August 1st issue of Scrapbook News and Review! It is for a layout titled "Dance Diva" that I did for a scraplift tag on another site, I am very excited for this! Scrapbook News and Review is an online magazine.

Also i wanted to share some photos with you from my recent vacation with my Husband to Florida. Here are some fun ones we took out and about.....

And finally one of me from the conference with Erin Gruwell, the teacher from Freedom writers. This was taken after the closing session of the conference. She is such an inspiring teacher, I hope that I can be that inspiring for even one of my students.

LCOM sketch Friday, July 17th

Hi everyone, I am so sorry I haven't posted in a while!!! I have been in Florida for the past 10 days, and I just got home last night, I will have some pictures to share with you later on tomorrow.
